Quality Control
Quality control for our products and components ,we continue to invest the best resource on quality improving ,including the investment in processing and inspection facilities, R&D department, and management means ,our target is zero defects with products.
Xinccompany with its high-tech processing and inspection facilities, and more effective design team ,which are used to check machined items back against 3D designed tool date, electrodes are manufactured on system 3R tooling and inspection report generated before EDM operations can proceed .
Our QC system is structured to consider individual customer requirement for part complexity relative to overall part quality. Our goal is to assure that all deliverable products. Both in-house manufactured or purchased, meet specification .
